About Us
In 2002, Darrell Agrella expanded from his then soda and snack vending company and public telephone business to the Air & Vacuum vending industry at gas stations. He started Florida Commercial Vacuum Air Water and looked to grow it as fast as possible. Darrell started with installing his first Air & Vacuum machine at a coin laundry in Hollywood, FL. He then started to install equipment at stores all over South Florida over the years making a major impact as one of the stronger players in his industry right away.
As he continued to move north with business, his youngest son Darrell Agrella Jr decided to move to Central Florida to pursue his marketing and finance degrees at UCF while helping expand the family business. Their air and vacuum business went hand in hand with the ATM business as a great 1-2 selling pitch at c-stores and gas stations. The air demand was clear and the Darrell’s looked to stay on top of innovation by meeting the needs of a clientele that was more technologically sophisticated in this day and age. Florida Commercial quickly became one of the largest Air Vacuum providers in the state and is now a division of Air Vacuum World Service.
Now with over thousands of locations, Air Vacuum World Service has expanded into various states across the nation opening up different offices to serve their customers locally. With consistent innovation, AVWS looks to make life easier with state of the art payment technology and digital air solutions for auto calibrating tire pressure. AVWS looks to become one of the largest multi state providers in the US.
